Clinic Rates
As a teaching clinic, we offer affordable naturopathic medical care for the whole family. Discounted rates on in-person visits, telemedicine, and health products from our dispensary are available to full-time post-secondary students and seniors aged 60+. We also offer a sliding scale option for those who have financial limitations and qualify. Please call us at 604-540-2873 to find out if you are eligible.
Naturopathic health care is covered by many extended medical plans. Please check with your plan to determine your coverage.
Services (visits) and labs are GST exempt, however, treatments including all supplements, botanicals, injections, and IVs are subject to GST. Labs are exempt from discounts.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit, and cash, however, contactless payment or tap to pay is preferred. Payment is required at the time of your visit.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged a $30 fee. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic cancellations fees are temporarily suspended for cancellations due to illness where any notice is given.
